“Lovely hotel, just outside Tirano with friendly staff & beautifully decorated rooms. Very convenient location & quiet. The best bit however was the super comfy bed!”

“Very comfortable and spacious rooms. Good airco. Restaurant with reasonable prices and tasty, good quality food. Location is a bit remote from the town, but views are good. Staff is nice and friendly.”

“An overall wonderful experience. Absolutely perfect. We arrived late, just before check-in times closed. The wonderful receptionist - which we unfortunately never got the name of - took us to the nearest pizzeria by car, just before they were closing, and then drove us back to the hotel. Such an absolutely nice human being. If you read this, thanks again and please take care. We ate our pizza on our room, that also had an amazing view of the mountainsides. The bed was comfortable, the room was spacious and the bathroom was clean and comfortable for two people. The next day we went down for breakfast where we met another fantastic person, Claudia - the breakfast hostess. She personally made us Cafe lait's, refilled our glasses, laughed, made jokes, bounced on her feet from excitement when we laughed. She made our entire day and we couldn't had asked for anything more. And yes, the breakfast was great as well!”

“I only stayed for one night whilst on a motorcycle tour through Europe, but I have to say this is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The check in was smooth, the rooms are exceptional with a lot of airy space, air conditioning and a superb bathroom. The staff are super friendly, I speak hardly any Italian but they were very accommodating and spoke English. The food was excellent in the restaurant, and the breakfast was also very good. Add to that, Claudia in the dining room at breakfast just made me probably the best espresso I’ve ever had, she is a credit to the hotel. The American state theming of the rooms is genius, rooms are modern with plenty of power points, and USB sockets. I’d love to spend more time here, the only tiny issue is parking is limited, but it really is a gem of a hotel, with an amazing team of staff.”
